May 27, 2015, Day 11
It may be the 11th hour but it isn’t too late. I may be 50 but it is still possible for me to make the changes that will help me to live a long healthy life, to be around to help my kids to become adults and support them and love them as long as I can.
Breakfats: 2 Wholemeal Fat-free Cheese Sandwiches
Lunch: 2 Wholemeal Fat-free Cheese Sandwiches
Dinner: Pasta & Sauce
Drinks: 3 cups of Coffee & Soy Milk, 750 ml Water
