… or in my case the dirty several dozen excuses I can come up with when I want to eat crap. Yes, we all do it and some of us can can up with more plausible excuses for their dirty dozen than others. The one thing most of us have in common is that we curse them after the fact aka eating crap. We need to be aware, awake and keep track of what is going on so these excuses don’t take a hold in our thought patterns. We need to root them out, get rid of them. Stay alert and check your thought pattern and attitude. Don’t get bull rushed!
Breakfast: 2 Vegan Cheese Toasties (Fat Free)
Lunch: 2 Vegan Cheese Toasties (Fat Free)
Dinner: Curried Potato Soup, Home-made Bread
Drinks: cups of Coffee & Soy Milk
