I an feeling quite low today so I will just do the bare minimum.
Lunch: Wholemeal Seitan & Coleslaw Sandwich
Dinner: Rice, Haricot Beans, Broccoli, Coleslaw
Supper: Wholemeal Seitan, Cheese & Coleslaw Sandwich, Porridge
Drinks: 1.5 l Water, 3 cups of Coffee, 2 cups Broccoli Water
