Father’s Day

Yay! I figured it out. I needed to incorporate more green leafy veggies and stuff like peppers and onions and such. My bowls just didn’t like just starch.

Once I started adding these things,things started moving again… if you know what I mean. I feel loads better.

Father’s Day is a low impact exercise in our house since my hubby does not like the fuss.

Breakfast: none

Lunch: 2 Reibekuchen, Coleslaw, Peaspudding, Cheese Sauce, Carrots, 1 Parsnip

Dinner: 1 Sourdough Bun, Coleslaw, Cheese, Orange

Drinks: 3 cups of Coffee & Soy Milk , 1.5 l Water, 1 Grapefruit
