Breakfast: Sprouted Oat Groat Porridge
Lunch: 2 Salad Sandwiches
Dinner: 2 Salad Sandwiches
Supper: 2 slices of Bread & Yeast Extract
Drinks: 3 cups of Coffee & Soy Milk, 2 l Water
This is gonna be another short one. So it is going to be busy today and I will not be cooking. At this point some people will think, “There she goes. It’s gonna be one excuse after another for eating off-plan.”.But no. Just because I won’t be cooking does not mean I can’t stay on-plan. I have baked some really delish wholemeal rye & wheat sourdough bread. This is going to give me a heap of goodness piled high with salad-stuff-goodness. There, no problem, sorted!
