Pre-Picnic Day

July 3, 2015, Day 48, Pre-Picnic Day

Breakfast: Sprouted Oat Groat Porridge

Lunch: 2 Salad Sandwich

Dinner: Bread, Dhal, Leek & Carrot Subjee

Drinks: 3 cups of Coffee & Soy Milk, 1.5 L Water

We are going for a picnic tomorrow. Not much prep needed. We are going to buy some fruit and salad stuff just before we get there. I still feel somewhat achy but getting out will do me good.
