July 5, 2015, Day 50, Week 7:-0 lb, Total Loss: 20 3/4 lb

Breakfast: Porridge

Lunch: Yesterday’s Salad, Bread & Soy Milk

Dinner: Potato, Spinach & Pea Soup, 4 slices of Bread & Yeast Extract, Soy Yoghurt

Drinks: 3 cups of Coffee & Soy Milk, 1.5 L Water

I admit that I am disappointed with nothing lost at all even though I have eaten healthily. Right now I just do not know what to think or say.
