Breakfast: Sprouted Buckwheat Porridge

Lunch: Mixed Sprout, Vegetable & Wholemeal Sourdough Bread Salad, Fruit & Soy Yoghurt

Dinner: Mixed Sprout, Vegetable & Wholemeal Sourdough Bread Salad

Drinks: 1 Medium Mocha, 2 cups of Coffee & Soy Milk, 1 L Water

The picnic was lovely.
