Lunch: Porridge, 3 thin slices of Bread (see below)
Dinner: Pasta & Sauce with a Cheesy Topping
Drinks: 790 ml Water, 750 ml Rejuvelac
I am still feeling under the weather. I still got up though and made dinner, baked a sprouted grain, seed and legume bread which smells divine. I also rang my hubby at work and managed to cause a rather pleasing amount of havoc and jollyfications.
