Breakfast: Porridge

Dinner: Risotto, a slice of raw, no nut Carrot Cake

Perseverance is the theme for this blog and the quotes I added will do a much better job than I could.

I am glad I didn’t give in even though I was pretty dispirited. I stopped blogging every day for a few days and allowed myself to have some fruitcake I made for my father-in-law’s wedding…. there was spare cake mix that I made into 2 small, muffin-size cakes.
