Breakfast: Porridge

Lunch: Wholemeal Salad Sandwich

Dinner: Miso Soup with Kale, Cauliflower, Mixed Sprouted Grains, A slice of raw, no nut Carrot Cake, Grapefruit

Drinks: 3 cups of Coffee & Soy Milk, 500 ml rejuvelac, 500 ml Water
