Breakfast: none

Lunch: 4 slices of Wholemeal Toast & Margarine (our daughter made breakfast in bed and I just didn’t have the heart to turn it away)

Dinner: Miso Soup, Raw Carrot Cake

Drinks: 500 ml Rejuvelac, 500 ml Water, 3 cups of Coffee & Soy Milk, 1 double Whiskey, 1 1/2 glasses of Elderflower Wine
