Lunch: Miso Soup with Cabbage

Dinner: Mixed Salad, Vegan Haggis, Mushrooms, 4 slices Wholemeal bread with Miso Paste, Yeast Extract, Hummus, Raw Carrot Cake

Drinks: 3 cups of Coffee & Soya Milk, 1 L Water
