Dinner: Mixed Roast Vegetables, Mixed Green Leaves, Methi & Okra, 2 Raw Sliders , Cauliflower, 2 Raw Red Velvet Cakes, Cherry Pie

Drinks: 2 cups of Coffee & Soya Milk, 1 L Water

Days seem to run away from me at the moment and as a result I forget to blog.

I think I shall prepare everything on ‘OpenOffice’ and then post a weeks worth of Info once  week.


July 25, 2015, Day 70

Breakfast: Onion Bagel & Margarine

Lunch: Wholemeal Salad & Raw Slider Sandwich, 3 Red Velvet Cakes, 1 Peach

Dinner: Wholemeal Salad & Raw Slider Sandwich, 2 slices of Wholemeal Toast & Yeast extract

Drinks: 2 cups of Coffee & Soy Milk, 1 Cocktail (Ferrari Jack), 1 L Water

Breakfast: Porridge

Lunch: Wholemeal Salad Sandwiches

Dinner: Salad, Haggis

Drinks: 3 cups of Coffee & Soya Milk
