Dinner: Sprouted Wheat Berries, Blackbean & Tomato Stew, Mixed Green Leaf Salad, Strawberries

Drinks: 3 cups of Coffee, 1 L Rejuvelac

July 12, 2015, Day 57, Week 8:-0 lb, Total Loss: 20 3/4 lb

I don’t know what is happening. I won’t go back to the way I ate before starting this but I am dis heartened. I had to take to bed for quite  few days … I just don’t know what is happening but I will carry on eating healthily regardless.
